管式膜主要是由膜殼和膜管兩個部分組成，其核心部件由支撐層和膜過濾層組成。管式膜系統(tǒng)采用錯流過濾模式，即料液在壓力驅(qū)動下流經(jīng)膜管內(nèi)表面，被截留物質(zhì)（如懸浮固體顆粒類）被濃縮液帶出膜管，不會在膜表面積聚造成污堵。這種過濾模式有助于減少污染物在膜表面的沉積和堵塞，延長膜的使用壽命。我們技術(shù)團(tuán)隊也在深耕管式膜系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用場景，為客戶提高更高應(yīng)用價值。
The tubular membrane is mainly composed of a membrane housing and a membrane inner tube, and its core component is composed of a supporting layer and a membrane filter layer. The tubular membrane system adopts cross-flow filtration mode, that is, the material liquid flows through the surface of the membrane tube under pressure, and the trapped material (such as suspended solid particles) is carried out of the membrane tube by the concentrated liquid, which will not accumulate on the membrane surface and cause pollution blockage. This filtration mode helps to reduce the deposition and blockage of pollutants on the membrane surface and extend the service life of the membrane.
